My visit was to be checked for new hearing aids. Heather reviewed my medical history. When she started the exam, she found I had an abundance of wax in both ears which didn't allow her view my ear canal. I need to get my ears cleansed by a doctor before we proceed. Heather was patient while we contacted my primary care and rescheduled my exam for the day after my doctor's visit. I feel very comfortable with Heather. My mother-in-law is a patient there and has always felt comfortable and us very pleased with the results of hearing aids.

She wanted better service and to hear better than with what she had. Her hearing was worse than what she remembered. Her husband doesn’t have to yell any more. She could tell our purpose was to help her. Heather worked with her to get her to the level she needed.
You can get a hearing aid anywhere today, this is my 5th set, what matters most is the follow up and if they care enough that you are hearing the best you can. Maryanne and her team are wonderful, I recommend them to everyone.
